We welcome you to the Norwegian Championships in cross country running short course at Bjerkebanen, Oslo! The NM in cross country relay features teams consisting of two runners who each run three legs, alternating every time over 6 * 1 km. There are two different categories competing in the cross country relay: Women's Senior and Men's Senior.
